MASHED POTATO

Puree ziemniaczane

Ingredients:

- 4 medium-sized potatoes

- 1 glass of milk

- Grated nutmeg to taste

- 2 tablespoons of butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 6 measuring spoons of IMMAX per serving

Preparation:


1. Peel and slice the potatoes, then put them in a pot of water and cook over high heat until the potatoes are tender.

2. Mash the potatoes while they are still warm and place them in a saucepan while stirring

in milk and butter.

3. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste.

4. Add IMMAX, mix well and serve


COCOA PUDDING WITH AVOCADO

Kakaowy pudding z awokado


Ingredients:

- ½ ripe avocado

- 3 tablespoons of honey

- ½ cup of heavy cream

- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 115g of chopped dark chocolate

- 6 measuring spoons of IMMAX per serving

Preparation:


1. Put the chocolate and cream in a glass bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds until the chocolate melts (you can also melt it in the pan over low heat if you want). Put that aside.

2. Pour the melted chocolate, avocado, vanilla extract and honey in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

3. Add IMMAX and mix well.

4. Pour the pudding into smaller bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours. After this time, you can enjoy the delicious taste of the dessert.


SANDWICHES WITH RICOTTA AND FRESH CUCUMBER

Kanapki z ricottą i świeżym ogórkiem


Ingredients:


• 1 cup of ricotta

• 3 tablespoons of oil

• 1 grated carrot

• 1 large fresh cucumber

• Chopped green onion to taste

• 4 teaspoons of oregano

• 2 soup spoons of natural yoghurt

• 8 slices of whole grain bread

• salt and pepper

• 6 measuring spoons of IMMAX per serving

Preparation:


1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta, olive oil and yoghurt. Add chopped green onion and oregano, mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Divide the seasoned ricotta into four portions and add IMMAX. Slice the cucumber.

3. Make sandwiches: spread 1/4 of the ricotta mixture on a slice of bread, add a little grated carrot and 2-3 slices of cucumber, then cover all with a second slice of bread. You can use a toothpick to keep the sandwich stable. Make the rest of the sandwiches the same way. And it's ready! Enjoy your meal!
